Welcome to our web site and thank you for taking
the time to learn more about our firm. Since
opening our office in 2005,  The Law Offices of
Daniel M. Berman P.A. has represented
individuals throughout the State of Florida in a
variety of cases and matters in both State and
Federal Court. We apply our experience and
resourcefulness to every project we accept and
are dedicated to your success.

In 2007, Daniel Berman joined forces with
Regina Tsombanakis to form The Personal Injury
Law Firm of Berman & Tsombanakis LLC.

Mr. Berman will still continue to operate The
Law Offices of Daniel M. Berman P.A.  
concentrating on Criminal Law, Divorce and
Family Law, and Landlord-Tenant Law. Berman
and Tsombanakis LLC will operate as a
completely separate entity, strictly focusing on
Personal Injury and Accident cases.
